Where to get help
- Free, confidential help is offered 24 hours a day by the Saskatchewan Problem Gambling Helpline, 1-800-306-6789. Its trained counsellors answer calls from people who have gambling problems and from their families.
- Game Break, SaskGaming's voluntary and confidential self-exclusion program, bars entry to PlayNow.com and every provincial casino for 6 months to 5 years. To enrol, a person goes to casino Customer Service or Security with government photo ID, a signed agreement and a photo.
- GameSense Info Centres are at Casino Regina and Casino Moose Jaw. Game Break enrolment can also be arranged by appointment with a GameSense staff member at 306-787-2122.
- Voluntarily self-excluded people, and people the casino has excluded, are not eligible to receive any winnings, credits or prizes there.
Setting a limit first
Ahead of a visit, fix the evening's limits in time and in money, then hold to both figures. When either one is reached, the visit ends.
